We would love to welcome you to our eco-luxury villa, thoughtfully created with the intention of being a portal into Bali’s magic—a space to shift your frequency and restore your natural sense of harmony with the world.

✨ Villa Wanugraha, meaning “Magic Villa,” is nestled in the charming village of Singakerta, just 15 minutes by scooter from Ubud, Bali’s spiritual heart. Iconic beaches like Canggu and Uluwatu are only an hour away. Enjoy stunning 180-degree views of the lush rice fields from your own private eco-villa, designed with sustainability in mind using all-natural materials and furnishings.

🏡 The Space

• Open-plan living area with a comfortable couch that can also double as an extra bed (no mosquito net).
• Spacious open-plan kitchen, fully equipped for raw food preparation, featuring a high-power blender, food processor, extra-large fridge, dehydrator, nut milk bag, and spiralizer. Two electric hobs are available; however, please note there is no oven.
• One bathroom in the main house with a toilet, two wash basins, and an outdoor shower.
• Three bedrooms in total, each with a queen bed, rice field views, mosquito nets, and ceiling fans. Two bedrooms are located in the main house, and the third is a self-contained bamboo house with an ensuite bathroom and fridge.
• A tranquil koi pond with a water feature at the heart of the villa.
• A beautiful garden with frangipani and fruit trees, a balcony perfect for yoga, shaded sitting areas, and sunny spots for lounging.
• Strong WiFi throughout the villa and garden.
• Parking available for scooters.

For your peace of mind, all bedrooms are lockable,with a wallsafe in the main house. The open-plan living areas allow for natural ventilation, keeping the space cool and airy.

Our wonderful hosts, Wayan and Vira, are on hand to assist with anything you might need, including:

• Villa maintenance and transport arrangements
• Massage bookings for deep relaxation
• Motorbike hire for easy exploration
• Laundry services
• Day trips to temples, beaches, or waterfalls

You will find that the Balinese people are incredibly kind and helpful, and nothing is ever too much trouble.

We love Bali and all the magic it has to offer, and we would be delighted to share it with you!

Things To Note

As the villa is located in the rice fields, there are mosquitoes, but only at dusk. We provide a complimentary bottle of natural citronella spray to help keep them at bay.

At night, you will experience the natural symphony of geckos, frogs, and crickets. In the mornings, the local cockerels announce the sunrise, often accompanied by the neighborhood dogs. During the day, you’ll enjoy peaceful surroundings filled with birdsong and the sight of dragonflies and butterflies.

We provide a 19-litre bottle of Balinese spring water from Mount Agung upon arrival, along with hand soap and eco-friendly cleaning products. Towels and bed linens are provided and will be changed once a week. If you’d like to compost your food waste, we can provide a container to support sustainable waste disposal.

The villa does not have a pool to minimize our use of chemicals, but you are welcome to use the pool at a nearby hotel, just across the rice fields, for a small fee of approximately $5.

Singakerta is 15 mins by scooter outside of Ubud centre, closer to authentic Bali than the tourist bubble in town. Supermarkets and local shops within walking distance, including an organic farmers’ market, a 24hr Cocomart, and Pepito which has many items for tourists.

There is parking for scooters. A car can pull up to the gate, but no parking for cars. We have reliable and friendly drivers in our team who will be happy to help you when you need them.

The Balinese are the most wonderful people. You will be staying in an area with locals as your neighbours, please respect them and their customs.

Who Is the Villa Suitable For?

• Those who want to immerse themselves in nature
• Those who want to rest and relax and soak in the Bali ambience
• Those who want to explore Ubud, but stay outside of the tourist bubble
• Those who want a more authentic Balinese experience living in a local village
• Up to six people: eg three couples, a family of 4

Who Is the Villa Not Suitable For?

• Small children, due to the open plan nature of the build and the central Koi pond
• Those who are easily disturbed at night; there is some local ambience from the animals which could be a problem for light sleepers
• Those who want to do a lot of cooking: there is no oven, just a double hob, a blender, a dehydrator and a kettle. We have a very large fridge!

£60/night
£360/ 7 nights
£1,440/28 nights

We do not accept bookings of more than 6 people. The villa is not suitable for small children due to the open plan nature of the space, and the central fish pond.

Terms & Conditions:
The villa price includes WiFi, electricity, a twice-weekly clean & weekly linen change.
If you require more regular cleaning, there is a small charge, please enquire.
Airport transfers (or collection anywhere within 1hr area of villa) 450k IDR (approx £25 UK/$35usd)
All damages and breakages must be paid for in full.
Please take out travel insurance.

Cancellation Policy:

50% refund on cancellations made at least 7 days before booking. If you cancel 7 days or later before check-in date then there is no refund.
